1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MindsLinked application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the Service
MindsLinked is a two-player entertainment app designed for telepathy experiments using digital cards. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
MindsLinked offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional card packs.
- Monthly: $4.99/month
- Annual: $29.99/year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
- Impersonate another person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within MindsLinked are the property of MindsLinked and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. MindsLinked is an entertainment app and makes no claims regarding actual psychic or telepathic abilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindsLinked and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
